Shipping policies are as follows:

3. By EMS consignment way, the same as UPS in USA, the whole delivery period will last 5-10 days.
4. If you want a rush delivery, please pay more extra $30 delivery cost so that we can choose TNT, UPS, FEDEX which just takes 3-4 days.

Return Policy
1. We only offer return for shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you.
2. Unacceptable reasons for return are: mistakes of yourself, such as wrong size or color you ordered, no reasonable requests, etc.
3. Acceptable reasons for return are: if we send you wrong shoes or size, or styles. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges back to us.
